Please urge your state representatives to support  “An Act To Restore Overtime Protections for Maine Workers,” (LD 402) to guarantee that salaried workers who earn less than $55,244 a year are eligible for overtime pay by their employers.

Mainers are working longer days and more hours because wages and incomes are not keeping up with the cost of living, health care, or education.  Meanwhile, greedy corporations are making huge profits and paying lower taxes.  Our state representatives can help!
